My Dearest Scott, It's amazing how quick you are catching up to me in age - this of course because I have chosen not to age. I wanted to make sure to wish you the Happiest of Birthdays!!! And then of course beg you to move back to Traverse City. I know there's always a reason why not to - but heck with the market the way it is, what do you have to lose!!! No seriously - Happy Birthday!!! We love you (all of you) very much.
